It took several weeks for my shoes to arrive, and when they did, there was a sharp piece of leather sticking into one of the shoes. I asked to return them, and they offered to discount the shoes. I said they were unwearable. They sent me shipping instructions—back to China for $32. Then they told me they couldn’t afford to pay for the shipping. I have not yet received my refund.
