30 Days Return/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return&exchange within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee, In addition, a 5% handling fee of the order be paid. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. consumers will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • All returns or exchange must be approved by our customer service team.
  • Once permission has been granted, please return it within 5 working days or it will be considered abandoned. No further returns will be approved.
  • If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
  • The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • For refunds of the returned items, we will process your refunds after we receive the items and they pass quality inspection.

  • Please note that if the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/accessories, or was damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item.

Note: 1. For Sock, Stocking, Swimwear, Sleepwear, Underwear & Bodysuit and Customized products, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service.
2. Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
3. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned parcels sent freight collect or COD (Collect of Delivery).

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Once we have received your package

a, if you return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
b, If you exchange, exchange will be sent in 72 hours when we get the returned items. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
