30 Days Free Return/Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the free return&exchange within 30 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee, In addition, a 5% handling fee of the order be paid. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. consumers will receive a full refund including shipping fee. 

 

Return & Exchange Conditions

. If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.
. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
