The shoe size is correct, but the actual measurements of the shoes do not match the measurements provided on the website. I chose the size based on the seller’s size chart, but the shoes were longer than expected.
I contacted customer support and provided photos comparing these shoes with other pairs I purchased from the same website. Although the seller sent photos and a video showing their measurements, the issue remains unresolved.
I requested a return and a full refund without a return fee because the sizing chart does not appear to accurately reflect the actual shoe measurements. Unfortunately, resolving this issue has been frustrating
