I previously emailed regarding my order, but I have yet to receive a response. The patent leather shoes arrived without a box—only in a small bag. Unfortunately, this caused the shoes to get damaged during shipping, resulting in bends and creases where there shouldn’t be any.
It is disappointing that the shoes were not adequately protected in a box, as this would have helped prevent damage. I want to initiate a return for the shoes and request a refund.
If your delivery methods do not improve, I will be hesitant to purchase shoes from you in the future.
