I was very nervous about ordering the correct size so I reached out to customer service and the individual i corresponded with was fantastic. She answered every single question and follow-up questions with great honesty, knowledge, and friendliness. The SHOES! The shoes fit like a glove and were instantly comfortable. I am obsessed with them. I walk everywhere in my city and so far the shoes are withstanding the harsh concrete beautifully. I've received numerous complements and inquiries about these beauties. The only critique i have is that there are a couple of tiny splits on the border between the sole and leather. These splits don't seem to compromise the shoe in any way but i notice them. I am excited to purchase another pair of shoes from ubekeen in the near future and have referred my friends and family to this fabulous company.
