The shoes I ordered were so cute but they didn’t fit my twins. Lisa responded to my inquiry on how to get the shoes back and get the correct size. I am so pleased that Lisa said for me to keep the shoes that didn’t fit and she’d process two more pairs of the correct size. I only paid shipping. She was so helpful and professional.
